I hereby consent to K. Fairs Ltd. and Korea Air Cleaning Association. (the “Organizer”)’s collection or use of my personal information and to the Organizer’s sharing of such information with a third party designated by the Organizer as provided below:

With regards to Air Fair and other related shows held by the Organizer or which the Organizer serves as a sales agent (collectively, the “Organizer’s Events”):
(i) fulfilling contracts to exhibit
(ii) sending information
(iii) sending invoices
(iv) collecting payment
(v) advertising on the Company Events’ website and in the Company Events’ catalogue in relation to exhibitors and for visitor registration
(vi) badge issuing
(vii) sending invitations to networking events
(viii) sending seminar programme details; and
(ix) other activities strictly for the advertising and promotion of Company Events.

3. Period of Retention and Use Personal information will be retained and used from the date on which such information is provided to the date on which the purpose(s) of use as specified above are achieved.

(ii) I may be subject to certain disadvantage such as not being able to receive any public relations materials or information related to exhibitions from the Organizer or the affiliates of the Organizer if I do not consent hereto.

3. Consent/Non-Consent to Third Party Recipient’s Use of Personal Information for Marketing Purpose I understand that
(i) I have the right to refuse to consent hereto and
(ii) I may not be able to receive any public relations materials or information related to exhibitions from the Organizer and affiliates of the Organizer if I do not consent hereto. I hereby consent to
(i) the Organizer’s sharing of my personal information with the third party recipients for marketing purposes such as advertisement of service and promotion of sales and
(ii) the third party recipients’ use of my personal information for such marketing purposes.
   

Agreement for Marketing Use

Article 1 (Purpose)
K.fairs Ltd. (hereinafter, ‘Company’), may use members’ personal (credit) information in accordance with the 「Privacy Protection Act」 and 「Credit Information Use and Protection Act」 for business purposes such as to introduce products or for marketing to our Company’s affiliated companies in order to enhance the quality and provide a greater variety of information to the Member.

Article 2 (Information Related to Collection and Use)
The business partner company which the personal information is provided to, information and purpose of use of the provided information is shown below. Only information of the members who have agreed to this Agreement for Third Party Marketing Use shall be provided and the provided information will not exceed the scope of the stated purposes of use, and we are making all efforts to make sure to provide strict security so that accidents such as leakage of personal information do not occur.

Article 3 (Withdrawal of Agreement to Provide Information to a Third Party)
Members who registered before 1st July 2020 or new members who have agreed to this agreement who wish to withdraw from providing information to a third party, at any time may view and request provided information to be deleted or amended even for information that has already been provided to a third party. Requests to view, amend, delete or withdraw agreement to provide information can be done through the K.fairs(+82-2-555-7153), after member identity verification. In order to leave evidentiary data regarding the request, the call may be recorded and the member will be considered to have agreed to this.
It will take a certain amount of time to withdraw member information that has already been provided. Therefore, for reasons mentioned above, even if the member requests to withdraw agreement of use, until the withdrawal process has been completed, provided information may continue to be used for marketing purposes.
The Company shall make every effort to deal with the request promptly to protect the member’s valuable information.

Participation policy and Agreement

Article 1 (Definition of Terms)
1.“ Exhibitors” are companies, associations, individuals and organizations, which submit entry applications for the exhibition.
2.“ Exhibition” is Air Fair
3.“ Organizer”s are K. Fairs Ltd. and Korea Air Cleaning Association

Article 2 (Participation and Contract)
1. Those who want to participate in the event shall complete a contract form and submit it to the Organizer.

Article 3 (Allocation of Booths)
1. The Organizer will assign space in order of application and payment.
2. If necessary, in consideration of effects, efficiency and harmony of the exhibition, the Organizer reserves the right to change the location which is assigned to Exhibitors. This is at the discretion of the Organizer and Exhibitors cannot ask for compensation as a result of the change.

Article 4 (Exhibition Booth Management)
1. Exhibitors shall display exhibits shown on their application and provide staff to manage their booth.
2. In the case that Exhibitors display different exhibits from their original display lists or sell them without the permission of the Organizer, the Organizer can order the immediate withdrawal, takeout and cancellation of the exhibit. In this case, the entry fee will not be returned and the Exhibitor cannot demand compensation.
3. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry to any individual it deems inappropriate to access the premises.
4. The Exhibitor cannot transfer all or some of their allocated space without the written onsent of the Organizer.
5. Exhibitors are forbidden to alter the exhibition’s original state, including but not exclusive to, painting the floor, ceiling, pillars or walls of the exhibition and shall be responsible for compensating the Organizer for any loss or damage arising from improper management of their exhibit.

Article 5 (Payment Conditions)
1. Exhibitors all payment of the contract fee within 7 days of sending their completed application and should pay the remainder before end of Oct 28, 2022
2. The participation fee shall be paid by the due date, Nov 11, 2022. Otherwise the organizer has the right to cancel the contract and dispose the space at his discretion. And in case he does, the participation fee already paid shall not be refunded.
3. If Exhibitors does not pay the full balance within the specified period, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel Exhibitor's participation contract and in this case, any paid monies shall not be returned.
4. In accordance with a tax amendment applied to services supplied on or after July 1, 2016, in case business support services which include exhibition and trade fair organization agencies are supplied to the Korean nonresident or foreign enterprise without having a PE in Korea, zero-rated VAT will apply only if the foreign country counterpart where the nonresident or foreign enterprise was established gives similar VAT treatment (including VAT exemption) on the supply of those services provided to a Korean resident (i.e. application of zero-rated VAT on a reciprocal basis). The following countries will be charged with 10% VAT: China, Indonesia, South Africa, Thailand, Turkey, and Vietnam.

Article 6 (Cancellation)
1. If Exhibitors refuse to use the allotted booth or do not pay the participation fee within the specified period, the Organizer can unilaterally cancel the contract and in this case, any paid monies shall not be returned.
2. If Exhibitors want to cancel the contract, they are required to notify their intent in official writing to the Organizer 90 days before the exhibition starts and in this case, any paid monies will not be returned.
3. Exhibitors shall not cancel the contract within 30 days of the exhibition commencing and if Exhibitors do give up their participation at this short notice, they are still required to pay 100% of the agreed fees.

Article 7 (Cancellation or Change of Exhibition)
1. If the exhibition is cancelled by the Organizer, 100% of paid monies will be returned to Exhibitors. However, if force majeure or a specific condition causes the cancellation, changes the opening day or reduces the show period, then the fee shall not be reimbursed.

Article 8 (Construction and Display of Exhibits)
1. Exhibitors should complete the display of equipment and Exhibits in their assigned area. If extra time is required for construction, Exhibitors require approval from the Organizer and must pay for any extra incurred costs. All booth constructing companies (contractors) are to be registered at COEX.

Article 9 (Disassembly of Exhibits and Equipment)
1. Exhibitors shall take out all the equipment and exhibits during the break-down period and in the case of delay, they should immediately pay all the costs which the Organizer bears as a consequence.
Article 10 (Security)
1. The Organizer shall make appropriate arrangements for the protection of the exhibition, exhibitors and visitors.
2. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any damage or theft of exhibits and equipment during the exhibition and break-down.

Article 11 (Fire Regulations)
1. All materials, including decorative materials used in the exhibition should be non-flammable according to the Fire Services Act.
Article 12 (Supplementary Regulations)
1. The Organizer, if necessary, reserves the right to establish supplementary regulations that are not originally published in the participation terms & conditions.
2. Any supplementary regulations shall become a part of the participation conditions and Exhibitors will be expected to fully abide by them.

Article 13 (Dispute Settlement)
1. In the event of a possible dispute as to the interpretation of the participation conditions between the Organizer and Exhibitors or their rights and duties, the final decision will be the judgment of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and no lawsuit can be brought against the decision.
