Exhibitors may choose from these three types of booths:

- Raw Space

Only the exhibition space is provided, and the exhibitor is responsible
for constructing their own booth 

- Shell Scheme

Exhibition space is provided along with a standard booth.

Wall panels, Fascia board (1EA),
Floor carpet (9m²), Spotlights (100W X 2), Fluorescent lighting (1kW), Double
socket (1EA), Information desk

- Premium Booth

Exhibition space is provided along with a premium booth.

※Items Provided:

Block-type structure with signage,
HQI Lighting, Information desk and Counter

Exhibitors wishing to participate with Raw Space must outsource booth construction from COEX-designated contractors. 

The contractor application form and the booth construction blueprint must be submitted to both the AIR FAIR Secretariat and the COEX Hall Manager by the specified deadline.​

You will need to prepare your exhibiting items, display stands, booth interior decorations, product catalogs, business cards, and other related materials. 

If you require additional furniture such as consultation tables or display shelves, you may rent them through the designated furniture and equipment rental companies.

Please note that any damage caused to the installed modular panels or block panels—such as nail marks or adhesive residue—must be restored at the exhibitor’s expense. Kindly take caution to avoid additional charges.

The organizer allocates booth locations by considering factors such as the size of booths, the characteristics of the exhibiting items, and the order in which the deposit is received.

If unavoidable circumstances arise before the start of construction, the organizer may change the location or size of the contracted booth.

Exhibitors may not raise objections or claim compensation regarding such changes.
